最近看了一個由美國心理學協會（ＡＰＡ）出版的教育性錄影帶，介紹關於青少年飲食障礙的心理諮商與認知行為治療，學到如何與這類青少年面談諮商，例如Problem-solving method, supportive system from the patient, Challenge about obessive thinking of skinny body image, 教這些個案think in different ways, 如何幫忙找協助的資源，加強其正向思考的能力，是一部相當不錯的教學影片。
